Weight: 3/4oz – 1 oz

Colors:  Bright heads and dark tails are the ticket the last few days- id stick with that today as well.  Tails: motoroil, purple, blue and black.  Heads: Green, Orange, Glow and purpleyellow.

Crossing to Bluegrass island is not recommended as this wind may affect the current

When Crossing to bluegrass island is safe -you can do so from the Maumee rotary pavilion-look for the cool walleye tree carving. And you can cross as well near where Clarence(van selling tackle) is parked  by the cemetery.

We start cleaning fish today. Cleaned and bagged.

We got our shipment of black nickel hooks in today-less bend than brass.

The bite has been steadily improving  as the weather conditions have been relatively steady. Some over night rain is going to bring even more fish into the river.  Gonna be tough with this wind today.

Have fun , be safe and good luck fishing.
