Yesterday was a very good day to be on the Maumee  The first limits were brought in around 9 am and we saw fish steadily being caught up and down the river all the way till we closed at 8 pm. Today we will get some drizzle rain this afternoon but not the doom and gloom that the weatherman is always calling for. Its going to be cloudy and overcast most of the day but warm so the fishing ought to be very good again.

Jerorme rd Rapids, Davis overlook and Buttonwood were the hotspots yesterday.  With the low water crossing to bluegrass island is relatively easy and a lot of holes that usually cant be reached are accessible.

Have fun, be safe and good luck fishing
