WEEKEND AUG 29-30 WE HAVE PLENTY OF MINNOWS !

Maumee River

LEVEL-579.50

WADING TO BLUEGRASS ISLAND IS POSSIBLE

TEMP- 73 Degrees

CLARITY- 12″

With these cooler nights the river temp is starting to drop. We are still seeing some smallmouth and catfish action all up and down the river. The Maumee is one of the most underappreciated waterways in this part of the state ,,with the tail end of summer upon us its a great time to get out there and do some exploring g. Stop in the shop and we can give you some great ideas as where to fish, kayak, hike and of course get a little muddy. Also per customer requests we are working on a river map of the local areas, give us a week or so and we should have it available.
